Dispatch-to-invoice platform for a hydrovac and environmental services group. Dispatches arrive by text, dictation, or SMS, and Claude parses them into jobs. Crews photograph paper tickets and OCR fills the form. Managers watch a live KPI dashboard covering revenue trend, crew hours, and margin after wages, then send PDF invoices in one click. 5+ operators daily, 140+ jobs, $600K+ in billed work (averaging $200K+ a month) and 1,000+ labor hours tracked. 16 SQL migrations, 25+ API routes, 3 roles.
